The U.S. Supreme Court recently delivered a unanimous 8-0 ruling in favor of states’ rights to enact regulations over Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs).
Now is the time for Texas to act to rein in the unfair and predatory PBM practices that have been hampering patient choice and straining independent, community pharmacies. In light of the pandemic, community pharmacies need our support to continue serving Texans.
