U.S. Supreme Court Ruling

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled an unprecedented 8-0 decision that grants states the right to regulate PBM practices. The decision made by the Supreme Court allows state control and influence to rein in PBMs and protect patient choice.

Both sides of the aisle agree – unfair PBM practices are bad for business, bad for patients.

Now is the time for Texas to enact regulations that limit PBM overreach into patient choice, particularly in a COVID world.
