Texas patients deserve access to the pharmacy of their choice through transparent, fair oversight of PBMs.

PBMs have been allowed to operate without oversight, abusing the system to exercise control over Texans.

They routinely “self-deal” by steering patients to pharmacies they own and control, which not only limits access to medications, but puts strain on small, community pharmacies.
